“I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated,” he says. “Some of the larger banks have lost sight of the personal side of it. My goal is to build a relationship with my clients as I walk them through the process, so that they’re comfortable to call me anytime they have questions.”
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from East Texas Baptist University and has been a loan officer with Integrity Mortgage since 2001. His training and experience enable him to help his clients understand the important details of the home buying process and to create a loan package tailored to their individual needs.
In serving his clients, Jason embraces the philosophy outlined in Ken Blanchard’s bestselling book Raving Fans: A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service, namely that providing great service is the best form of advertising, since satisfied clients will be eager to tell others about their experience. Jason and his wife, Chrisy, have three boys, ages 9, 7, and 4, who play soccer and basketball. Jason enjoys spending time with his family.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. His career in customer service related industries have taught him to look at things from the client perspective and build a product that suits their personal needs and long term goals. Throughout the loan process Chad is always available to answer any questions they may have. Chad commits himself to being available seven days a week to help the client when it is convenient for them. He attends every closing to ensure the loan process is complete, accurate, and show his appreciation for every client.

Chad and his wife, Christianne, have 3 children, and in his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
